Animal flow
Do you know Animal Flow? It is a type of bodyweight exercises which are inspired by the movements of animals (“animal locomotion patterns”). As far as I know it is marketed under the term by Mike Fitch. You can find exercises like ape, beast, crab and a lot more. You are often down on your hands and feet which can be quite challenging for people that are used to sitting in front of a computer, like me. But it is a lot of fun and a great way to get the stiffness out of your bones in the morning.
