Precision questions and answers

Precision questioning and answering (PQ+A) is a course on improved communication in a business setting developed and marketed by Vervago.

For example, there are seven categories of questions that are visited in order and allow to exhaustively but quickly explore a situation or topic.

• Go, no-go
• Clarification
• Assumption
• Basic critical questions
• Causes
• Effects
• Action

This reminds me of the categories of legitimate reservation that are used when we want to verify the accuracy logical thinking trees (Goldratt, Dettmer).
