What’s next?
For my work I found it helpful to know what I have to do now and also what comes next. So I might be processing my inbox, but already know that there is a call upcoming in 30 minutes. Instead of using reminders, I like to have my calendar open showing only today and tomorrow1, so I can peek at it easily.
The same is also valid for planning the coming week. Instead of just looking at the coming week, I like to look at the next two weeks in one go. If there’s anything special upcoming two weeks ahead, I can make sure to put in a preparation slot in the coming week.
