Simplicity leads to clarity

As I was browsing through some of my old notes, I stumbled upon this gem:

When you’re forced to be simple, you’re forced to face the real problem. When you can’t deliver ornament, you have to deliver substance. (Paul Graham, http://paulgraham.com/taste.html)

Which reminded me of Edward de Bono’s book on simplicity which I should put in my reading queue right away.
